Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using West 110 ("the platform," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a ski or snowboard club, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Description of Service

West 110 is a cloud-based platform for ski and snowboard club management, including registration, scheduling, communication, payment processing, reporting, and integrations with third-party services. Each club operates as an independent tenant with its own data, users, and configuration.

3. Accounts and Roles

  • Club administrators are responsible for their club's data, configuration, and users. Administrators manage programs, process registrations, and control integrations.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for the accuracy of the athlete and household information they provide.
  • Coaches access rosters, schedules, and communication tools for their assigned groups.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments

Platform subscriptions: Clubs subscribe to West 110 on a recurring billing cycle. Payments are processed via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Registration fees: Payments made by parents for program registrations are transactions between the parent and the club. West 110 facilitates these payments through Stripe but is not a party to the transaction between parent and club.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The platform integrates with the following third-party services. Use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms:

  • Stripe — payment processing, subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
  • QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — financial record syncing, enabled only when a club administrator explicitly authorizes the connection via OAuth. Subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. Administrators can disconnect at any time from the settings page, which revokes access and stops all data syncing.
  • Google Sheets — data export at administrator request

West 110 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

6. Data Ownership

  • Clubs own their data — registrations, athlete records, financial records, and all content created within their club tenant.
  • West 110 has a license to process and store this data solely to provide the service.
  • Upon termination, clubs may export their data. After a 30-day grace period, data is permanently deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another club's data or another user's account
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications

Club administrators are responsible for ensuring their club's use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including those related to minor athletes.

8. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each club's data is logically separated. We will not share one club's data with another. Platform administrators may access data solely for the purpose of technical support or debugging, and only when necessary.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for errors in data synced to QuickBooks Online, payments processed via Stripe, or data exported to Google Sheets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West 110's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. West 110 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within a 30-day grace period.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
