About
Built from the mountain up.
For the clubs that live there.
West 110 started as a side project. After spending time around ski clubs and watching how they operate — registration handled over email, payments tracked in spreadsheets, coach schedules buried in group texts, waivers chased down at the mountain — it became obvious that the tools most clubs were using weren't built for this.
Every piece of the operation lived in a different place: one system for registration, another for payments, nothing for coaches, and parents left to figure out where to look. The fragmentation wasn't just inconvenient — it created real gaps. Things got missed. Families got frustrated. Admins burned out doing work that should have been automated.
The goal was simple: build one platform that handles all of it, purpose-built for how ski clubs actually work. Not a generic sports management tool adapted for snow sports — something designed from the ground up for alpine, freestyle, and snowboard programs.
What does West 110 mean?
110° West is roughly the longitude of the Teton Range — one of the most iconic ski landscapes in North America. Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee, the backcountry beyond. It's the meridian that runs through the heart of serious ski country.
It's a nod to where this started and what it's built for: the mountains, the clubs, the families that drive two hours each weekend because they love this sport.
How we build it
Real clubs, real problems
Every feature started with an actual pain point from an actual club. We don't build for hypothetical users.
Minimal and focused
The best tool is the one people actually use. We keep the interface clean, the flows short, and the complexity hidden.
AI where it helps, not everywhere
AI features are built around specific, high-value tasks — training plan generation, club intelligence, communication drafting. Not sprinkled in for the sake of it.
Mobile first
Coaches are on the hill. Parents are in the parking lot. The platform works everywhere, not just on a desktop.
