This policy forms part of both the West 110 Platform Agreement and the West 110 Terms of Service, and applies to everyone who uses the platform.
Do not
- Use W110 for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else do so.
- Try to reach another club's data, or another person's account.
- Share an account, or give your password to someone else.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone through messages sent on the platform.
- Impersonate another person, a club, or W110.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or use club messaging to advertise something unrelated to the club.
- Upload malicious code, or anything designed to damage or disrupt the platform.
- Scrape the platform, automate access to it, or put load on it beyond normal use.
- Reverse engineer the platform, or work around its security or access controls.
- Upload someone else's personal information without a proper reason to hold it.
Club administrators
You are responsible for your club's use of the platform, including that your programmes and your handling of information about minors comply with the law where your club operates.
What happens if this is broken
We may remove content, suspend an account, or — for something serious, such as illegal activity or a security threat — suspend immediately without notice. We will explain why unless the law prevents us.
Suspending a club's account does not cancel its families' registrations.
